Ordering
How do I place an order?
Add the items you want to your cart, open the cart and tap Checkout. You’ll pay on Square’s secure checkout page and get an email receipt right away.
Is everything in stock?
Each listing shows how many are available. Stock is limited and sells out, so if you’re unsure, message us and we’ll confirm.
Can I ask about an item before buying?
Yes, please do! Every product page has an “Ask a question” button, or you can use our contact page.
Payment
How do I pay?
Payments are handled through Square, a secure payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, plus digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App Pay where available at checkout.
Is sales tax charged?
Sales tax is charged on orders shipped to Texas. Pick your ship-to state in the cart and you’ll see any tax in your total before you pay.
Shipping
How fast do orders ship?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Every order comes with tracking.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $9.99, shown in your cart before you pay. See Shipping & Returns for details.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in the condition you received them. Read our full return policy.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
